 Bronze Ambassador training 2016

Well done to the 10 Yr4 children who took part in the Bronze Ambassador training at The Purbeck School on Friday 4th November.

The children thoroughly enjoyed participating in the different training activities and have come back with some excellent ideas for clubs to be run by them for our children in school. Thank you to Mrs Walker who went with them on the day.

Make sure that you look out for these new and exciting clubs and give them a go!

Once again, well done to the children who represented our school superbly on the day.

 Change for Life club recognised.

Congratulations to Becky, Jazmin and Olivia in Yr6 who have been recognised for their outstanding effort and leadership in the running of the Key Stage One Change for Life club. Dan Moody (the area lead for the Youth Leaders training) visited our school having heard what a fantastic job the girls have been doing. After witnessing the club in action and speaking to the girls , he was extremely impressed with their commitment and organisation of the club. He has informed us that he will be taking this example and sharing it with the other schools and ambassadors at future training sessions.

The three girls run the club every Tuesday lunchtime for KS1 pupils and all the children need to do is go along and attend.

 Well done girls!
